Main reasons and solutions:
(1) Poor production environment. There is too much dust in the working environment and outer packaging, which mixes into the coating and affects both the appearance and physical and chemical properties of the coating. Solution: Before delivering the tinplate to the production workshop, the dust on its outer packaging should be removed, and efforts should be made to avoid removing the tinplate outer packaging in the production workshop. The workshop environment should be cleaned regularly.
(2) There is furnace ash in the drying room. The solvent or gas in the coating is not completely burned in the combustion furnace, producing granular charcoal ash. When the coated tinplate passes by, the charcoal ash is adsorbed by the wet coating. Solution: Ensure that the flame of the gas during combustion is blue, regularly clean the drying room, usually using waste tinplate, apply a layer of waste coating on its surface, and under low-temperature baking conditions, absorb all the charcoal ash in the drying room; Try not to use high ignition point macromolecular solvents as diluents when reducing coating viscosity.
(3) The residue on the flower iron frame fell off. The supporting tinplate flower iron frame comes into contact with volatile solvent molecules during long-term production, resulting in a layer of golden residue on the surface area. This residue accumulates to a certain thickness and is easily peeled off, especially when the production is restarted after shutdown. The residue is more prone to peeling off when heated. Solution: Regularly clean and remove debris from the flower iron frame.
(4) Paint contamination. The production control of paint manufacturers is not strict, and there are impurities mixed in; During coating production, incomplete cleaning of the coating device with different coatings can cause contamination of the coating in the subsequent process, especially when colored coatings are applied in the previous process and colorless coatings are applied in the subsequent process. Solution: When there are particles and dust in the coating, use a fine filter to filter them out; When changing coatings during production, the coating device must be cleaned to avoid contamination from the previous process.
