Below are some specific packaging materials and process requirements:
· Wooden pallets and cover plates
【a】. The material requirement is to use second-class hard materials with a Brinell strength of 2.5-4; The moisture content of wood shall not exceed 20%.
【b】. The nail material requires the use of high carbon flat head or round head spiral nails for iron nails, and the screws must penetrate 6-15mm deep. The nails used for structural riveting must not protrude outward.
【c】. The specification size is 1400mmX1100mm X130mm, with a tolerance of ± 3mm, approximately 30kg.
【d】. Appearance requirements: ① Knots: There should be no knots, holes, or rotting knots. The average diameter of complete knots should not exceed 1/4 of the board width, and there should be no more than two largest knots within a length of 300mm. Knots should not create gaps at the edges. ② Cracks: The middle cushion block is not allowed to have cracks, and the board tree should not exceed 1/3 of the width; ③ Gap: The middle cushion block is not allowed to have a gap, and the board tree should not exceed 1/6 of the width and 1/3 of the thickness; ④ Rotten wood: Rotten wood is not allowed, and the use of wood with decay and extension is also not allowed; ⑤ Preservation: Wood that has undergone preservation or decay treatment shall not be used; ⑥ Odor: Do not use wood with an odor.

· Lining paper
Tank partition paper is divided into B grade and C grade flat cardboard according to quality, with specifications of 1420mm X1120mm or ordered with length tolerance ≤ ± 5mm and width tolerance ≤ ± 3mm as required; Appearance requirements: The surface should be flat, smooth, free of dirt and debris, and the pH should be neutral. It should be kept dry and not damp.
· packing tape
The entire roll of packaging tape is required to have no wrinkles, bending deformation, discoloration, a diagonal angle of 7-8 lines/cm2, consistent diagonal angles, a width of (14.20 ± 0.1) mm, a thickness of ± 0.01mm, and a tensile strength that can meet the requirements of tight bundling without breakage, suitable for hot melt bonding, and firm interface.
· Plastic stretch shrink film
Adopting biaxially stretched polyethylene film, it has good shrinkage memory performance. It is wrapped around the stacking board filled with empty cans and can tightly wrap around the empty cans. It has good impact resistance and penetration strength. Even if it is punctured, it can be stretched biaxially within a certain range without breaking or tearing, and has unidirectional self-adhesive performance. The tightly wrapped tray can be dustproof, waterproof, and vibration resistant. Material performance requirements: tensile strength, longitudinal and transverse elongation of over 200%; Good puncture resistance and tear resistance; Can stretch in both directions to meet various needs; Good retraction and fastening performance; Can be made into internal adhesive, external adhesive or double-sided adhesive; Meet the hygiene requirements of food packaging materials; The packaged items are stable as a whole, reducing the occurrence of damage, collapse, and loose packaging during transportation; Waterproof, dustproof, and shockproof, ensuring that the product is not damaged; No mold or odor, no pollution to humans.
· Heat shrink film
Require uniform heat shrinkage without cracking or odor.
